Harold
used to be a sweet little Gnome who's only pleasure was sprinkling
flowers with his little watering can. One day he had a nasty accident involving
a composter, and was rushed to the local Gnome Hospital where mad scientist
Dr. Eval Frankengnome used dangerous technology to create a mutant combination
of Gnome and machine, the worlds first Robo-Gnome. Now Harold still toddles
around the garden clutching his watering can but unpredictably he will
freeze, the top of his head will lift off, and powerful jets of water will
spray everything within a 30 yard radius. The first time this happened
two old ladies had heart-attacks and a labrador who was just about to pee
on Harold ran up a tree and howled all night. Speaking to Gnomeweb reporters,
Dr Frankengnome says that he sees the future of such Gnome/machine hybrids
as covert water cannon to be used by police in subduing militant gardeners. |
