Gnome, Bore, flew into the USA at the request of top politicians for secret
talks aimed at resolving the deadlock in the recent American Presidential
election. After the exciting years with big Bill Clinton, the American
public was reluctant to settle for a new president who was either very
boring (Gore) or very stupid (Bush). The Swedish Gnome shrewdly advised
that they settle for stupid, on the basis that Bush was too dim to do much
harm, and so history was made as Govenor George W Bush (also known as
Chucky Cheese) was duly elected President of the USA. Democracy in America
